Finally. I may have let these brussels sprouts sit longer than I intended but I finally attempted to roast them after having a similar dish at a few restaurants nearby the past couple of years (Bluegrass Tavern was the best, btw).
One of my favorite bloggers to follow recently posted this recipe, and surprisingly, the only modification I made was to use regular mayo.
The oils used gave it a great flavor and I never say no to a spicy mayo!

Tip: Keep a careful eye on them the last ten minutes. Just burnt around the edges is perfect and they were pretty creamy, too.
